Hello, After removing the dressing, it turned out that sweat must have got on its edge, which led to severe irritation - is lubricating with tribiotic a good idea?

Belcura will be the best. You can lubricate with it not only the irritated place, but the whole tattoo.

In my opinion, it will be a better idea to use a product that soothes irritation and chafing at the beginning. Since the skin is probably not infected, nor is it found, for example, on a freshly made tattoo, I don't see the need to use an ointment with 3 antibiotics (and such an ointment is Tribiotic).
It is worth trying products that soothe diaper rash at the beginning - e.g.:

In addition, keep your skin clean and dry every day, moisturize it with preparations based on lanolin, petroleum jelly, allantoin (as I mentioned). You can also use skin pH balancing agents for washing (washing liquids available in pharmacies, e.g. for skin prone to irritation). You will find such products in this category, for example: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/odlezyny
It is also possible to use an ointment with hydrocortisone instead of an antibiotic, which will have an anti-inflammatory effect.
If you are a person whose wounds may take longer to heal (e.g. you suffer from diabetes) or there are any signs that the condition of the skin is deteriorating - it is worth consulting a doctor and then, if necessary, also use an antibiotic ointment.
