Hi, the doctor prescribed me for an intimate infection Macmiror Complex 500, 6 globulek. I finished the recommended treatment time, 8 days after the start there was a slight brown scum with minimal clops. I also take two-component contraception, I'm half-blistered. Could this be the effect of taking globulek? In the leaflet, nothing writes about such side effects.

To @Kinga:
The spotting that you have experienced may be related to various factors, including the effects of Macmirror Complex 500. Its effect on the effectiveness of birth control pills is usually minimal.
Possible causes of spotting include:
A side effect of the treatment - Macmirror Complex 500 may cause irritation of the vaginal mucosa, which may have resulted in slight spotting.
Hormonal adaptation - Sometimes the body may react unconventionally to hormonal contraception, even if there has been no spotting before.
Drug interactions or infections - If the treatment was associated with an infection (e.g. bacterial or fungal), the body could react unusually, which could trigger spotting.
In this situation, please continue to use the contraceptive pills as scheduled. If you have not missed any tablets and are taking them regularly, there is no need to stop taking them. Spotting in itself does not mean a decrease in the effectiveness of contraception. If the spotting subsides within a few days, there is no cause for concern. However, if it persists or intensifies, it is worth consulting a doctor.
And should I continue to use birth control pills? I'm on the 2nd window in the 3rd week (row).
Hello, I also have a similar problem. I use Vines contraceptive pills (I should get my period in 12 days) and I am 2 days after an 8-day treatment of Macmirror Complex 500.
I can see slight signs of bleeding on paper when wiping, although it has never happened so early before, and I have never had spotting while taking contraceptive drugs. Could it be the fault of these drugs?
