If I don't have menstruation, how do I resume contraception- put on a new puck?
Hello. I have been using ADARING for a long time. The last 3 months I took a break from contraception. I got my first menstruation in the air on the 28th day, the second on the 21st day, and the third i don't have. I will point out that I have already had ovulation-free cycles confirmed by ultrasound (I am 47 years old) If I do not have menstruation, how do I resume contraception / put on a new puck? Negative pregnancy test.
