To @Kozieradka:

Aloe vera mists applied to the skin do not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive implant.

Implants work by releasing the hormone etonogestrel into the bloodstream, which prevents ovulation and changes the consistency of cervical mucus, making it difficult for sperm to reach the uterus. Aloe vera mists, when applied to the skin, do not penetrate the body in a way that could interfere with the implant's functioning. Therefore, there is no concern that their use will affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the implant.

Can aloe vera mists that I buy in drugstores that I direct at my arms affect the effectiveness of the implant ? Sometimes it happens that this mist is directed to the arms and to the contraceptive implant, in some way it can affect inside ?

I'm 19 years old - I had an implant for six months, my hair started to fall out from the very beginning. I was thinking about treatments, I had expensive rubs, I wanted to go to a trichologist. Hair was left everywhere, but there was no head. I went to the gynaecologists and wanted to take it out, it wasn't that easy. In addition, as it turns out, just like for putting it in, taking it out is equally expensive and hardly anyone wants to do it, the doctor who put it on me told me to wait, and she spread her hands for hair loss. I was looking for solutions, I wanted to do it my way, I knew I was right. I went, paid a lot of money and took it out. The best decision!, as they say to wait - don't do it, I'd be half bald if I waited any longer. My hair stopped falling out after a week, I immediately felt better mentally, in addition, after 1.5 months after taking it out, I lost 5 kg - another plus. Listen to your body, girls! The only thing I regret is that I didn't decide right away after the visible side effects and that I wasted so much money - but everything for my health

I have had the implant for about 4 months, my hair has thinned significantly. Of course, I have thin and not much, but I have never had as little as now. What I don't comb through, or run over with my hand, stays on my clothes too. I think I'll delete it.

Girls, get that out!!!
After 3 months, they started to fall out like crazy... The results of the blood tests showed: -increase in testosterone above the norm -deficiencies of iron, ferritin, vit. D, low B12

The trichologist said that my hair is growing, but it is so weak that it falls out as soon as it grows. And in fact, thin, 5-10 cm with the onion are still flying (even though I took out the implant in November, after 3 months of insertion. I didn't want to risk further damage to the body)

I decided to get the implant after 13 years of other contraceptive methods, because after NuvaRing I had discoloration from the sun and the gynecology said that it was due to estrogen and that it was worth trying with the implant. It's a pity that she didn't advise me to stop all hormones, because after this bitter lesson I will never decide to use any method again. I'd rather take risks than lose my beauty.

I have had an impalnon since last year since May. After about 3 months, my hair began to fall out terribly. I think about 70% less. The gynecologist said that it is not possible but I do not believe it. I'm thinking of deletion.

Nika (Anonymous, 83.28.209.) 3 years ago

I have the same obiawy, pyt gynecologist says that it has no effect ... But I'll get an opinion anyway because the research is normal... The trichologist does not help so... And I've never had problems with hair ever...
