Can acidity in the mouth and burning in the stomach be the result of taking Co-Prenessa and Primacor?

For three months I have been taking every prenesse 6 mg and primacor 10 mg. After a month of using these drugs, acidity appeared in the mouth and burning sensation in the stomach. Whether these ailments can be the result of taking the above-called medications. I mention that 4 weeks ago the doctor prescribed me an emaner 40 mg, but I feel only a partial improvement.
