Can Zentel be used again 8 days after the first dose?1
Can I give my second dose of Pyrantelum after 8 days? The daughter took the first dose a week ago but today again reports itching in the area. Although at the first dose everything was washed, ironed and cleaned.

To @Patrycja98: Follow your doctor's advice. If you have doubts whether there was a mistake, you should contact the doctor who gave such a recommendation.
Today I was at the doctor with the child, he got the drug zentel suspension for one dose, give 20 ml and the second dose give in a week also 20 ml. My question is whether it is not too fast to give a 2nd dose or wait and give in 2 weeks?

Zgodnie z informacjami zawartymi w Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego Zentel w przypadku braku skuteczności dawkę należy powtórzyć po dwóch lub trzech tygodniach.
Zastosowanie leku w sposób inny od zaleconego przez producenta należy skonsultować z lekarzem.
Wspomina Pani, że po podaniu pierwszej dawki, wszelkie środki ostrożności zostały zachowane. W przypadku owsicy zaleca się, by leczenie przeprowadzono w tym samym czasie u wszystkich domowników, a także u zwierząt domowych. W przeciwnym przypadku kuracja może okazać się nieskuteczna.
