Can Adaring start using for the first time at any time during the cycle?

Can adaring be used for the first time at any time during the cycle? It's been 7 days since menstruation and I don't know if I can wait until the next one or can I start using today?

Może Pani rozpocząć stosowanie Adaring w dowolnym momencie, także 7 dni po miesiączce, jednak w takim wypadku będzie musiała się Pani zabezpieczać prezerwatywą przez całe 3 tygodnie noszenia krążka.

Jeśli poczeka Pani do najbliższej miesiączki i pierwszego jej dnia zaaplikuje krążek, będzie Pani natychmiastowo chroniona przed ciążą.
