Is contraception allowed to be taken with a meal?

Hello, Is contraception possible to take during a meal? Adopts Atywia Daily, in the leaflet there is nothing written or taken after, before or during. However, I am not sure whether the properties of the tablet taken during the meal will not decrease. And does it matter that I took the tablet while eating a fairly thick soup.
