I applied the disc three weeks ago Polaring at approx. O. 3:00 p.m., while today I removed it around O.C. 23, because I came home from work late and it was out of my head earlier. Is this a serious mistake? What time should I apply the puck next week? Won't this affect the effectiveness in any way?

To @Kicia:
The new 3-week cycle of wearing the disc should be counted from Saturday. Since you are late in inserting the ring, you should also use a condom for the first 7 days. If you have had intercourse during a break in the use of the vaginal therapeutic system, there is a possibility of pregnancy. If this happens, you should contact your doctor as soon as possible.
It doesn't matter when the next puck is put on - it can be either 23/24 or 7/8 - the effectiveness will be maintained.
If you would like to consult a gynaecologist, you can take advantage of the teleconsultation here:
After a break that was supposed to last 7 days, it unfortunately extended by a day and a half. I should have put another disc in my vagina on Thursday, but I didn't do it until Saturday at 2:00 p.m. I have a question: do I count the 3-week use from Saturday or from Thursday as before? And if from Saturday, can I extend the removal time to 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. or shorten it to 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, of course? And after a 7-day break, i.e. on Saturday, I can put it at the same time as I removed it after 3 weeks of use (i.e. in the morning 7.00-8.00 or 23.00-24.00).

Nie, nie jest to poważny błąd, bowiem krążek można nosić do 4 tygodni bez utraty skuteczności antykoncepcyjnej.
Za tydzień proszę zaaplikować krążek o zwykłej porze, czyli o 15:00. Ochrona pozostaje zachowana.
