To @kaja:

No, painting the walls in the room where you store your birth control pills does not affect their effectiveness.

Key factors that can reduce the effect of tablets include improper storage, e.g. at too high a temperature or in humid conditions, as well as missed dose or vomiting shortly after taking the tablet. Contraceptive pills should be stored in a dry and cool place, away from sources of heat and moisture.

Painting that takes place in a well-ventilated room should not affect their properties, as long as there are no extreme conditions such as high temperature or excessive humidity.

Thank you for your reply. Doesn't painting the walls in the room next to the place where contraceptive pills are stored also affect their effectiveness?

To @kaja:

No, if the tablets are in a blister, they are protected from external influences, such as fumes from fungi removers.

Hello, can the use of fungicides on the wall in the room next to which the contraceptive pills are placed or disinfectants (fungiblem) of the air conditioning in the room where the pills are located affect their effectiveness?

To @Karolina:

This does not affect the effect of the contraceptive patch.

What if you don't have vomiting or diarrhoea and you are using the evra contraceptive patch?

To @Anonim: If the tablets are stored in the original blister, they are protected from external factors and the described situation should not affect their performance and effectiveness.

Does mold on the wall affect the effectiveness of the Atywia Daily contraceptive pills I keep in this room? Not long ago I noticed behind the furniture. Can I use chemicals to clean this wall? Won't these measures negatively affect the quality of the pills I keep in this room?
