L-lysine HCL, being an amino acid, is not a substance that reduces the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives such as vaginal rings, including Ginoring.
However, it is recommended that you keep at least a two-hour interval between taking L-lysine and taking birth control pills.
Why was my answer deleted? The question about L-lysine in a dose of 1000 mg is very much related to the topic. I'm asking this question here because I haven't been able to reach a gynaecologist for 2 days, and I'm planning to take lysine. Will it affect Ginoring's albums?
