I have schizotypal disorder and personality disorder. There were facial spasms (tics), I began to take paliperidone 9mg and everything went away and the tics passed, but psychogenic dizziness appeared, then it disappears, we increase the paliperidone and disappears, but we do not want to increase it on 12 mg, we are thinking of switching to cariprazmne.
