Can nebbud cause severe laryngeal cuticle blocking the air supply for about 5 seconds? Already after the first dose of nebbud, I noticed a strong skin of the larynx when I coughed and I can't catch the air for about 5 seconds.....
What is a vocation for sure? Will it go away on its own or does it need to be treated? What medications to take for it? And can this side effect be treated at home?

Yes, Nebbud (budesonide) can cause paradoxical bronchospasm or laryngeal spasm in some patients, manifested by a sudden, short-term lack of air.
While this is a rare side effect, it should be taken seriously. This symptom should not be ignored or considered "temporary" – you should immediately consult your doctor, who may recommend a change of medication or the use of antispasmodics (e.g. short-acting beta-agonist, e.g. Ventolin). Home treatment without consultation is not recommended, as serious deterioration of health may occur.
Reporting side effects to your doctor or individually allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data on them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here:
