I have used Travocort on a 2.5-year-old child a total of 3 times - can the drug harm him?

Hello, I used travocort ointment on my son for 2.5 years for 4 days. The change is gone. After two weeks it reappeared and I lubricated again for 4 days. The situation repeated itself and after two weeks I lubricated my son's lesion for over a week. It is a small lesion on the thigh. Now I'm afraid that I used the ointment for more than 14 days in total as recommended by the doctor and I could have harmed the baby, can there be any side effects? Please answer.

The drug has been used intermittently, so I do not see a risk of systemic side effects. A bigger problem may be the procedure of drug application: too short a treatment did not eliminate the pathogens (the problem returned), and subsequent repetitions of treatment could contribute to the growth of drug resistance of microorganisms. It is worth consulting a doctor about the further legitimacy of applying Travocort. When using this medication, protect your skin from UV rays.
