This combination of Escipram and Orungal may increase the risk of side effects, especially in heart rhythm (QT prolongation).

This is especially true for people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - i.e. suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhoea and vomiting).

Itraconazole may inhibit the metabolism of escitalopram, which may lead to increased levels in the blood. Although the use of these drugs is not strictly contraindicated, it requires caution and medical supervision – ECG monitoring and possible dose adjustment are recommended. Do not start this therapy on your own without consulting your doctor.
