No, Triderm ointment should not be applied to the inside of the ear. Your doctor may possibly recommend the use of the drug for skin lesions located around the ear or on the auricle.
Triderm is a prescription-only ointment and should be used exactly as prescribed. This drug is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of inflammatory skin lesions responding to corticosteroids, complicated by secondary infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to gentamicin and clotrimazole.
