Cartexan is typically taken once a day. There are no rigid indications as to whether the drug is to be taken in the morning or evening.
If you feel unwell and weak after taking the medicine, this may be a sign of a side effect, although such reactions are rare. In this case, I encourage you to contact your attending physician to assess whether the continuation of therapy is safe and whether it does not require modification.
