Is it safe to use cosmetics containing zinc and niacinamide while using the Implanon NXT implant?

I use Implanon NXT as a method of contraception. Can I safely use cosmetics with zinc and niacinamide? On large areas of skin and in high concentrations. There is 10% niacinamide in my product and I apply it every day to my calves and face. Doesn't this reduce the contraceptive effectiveness of Implanon NXT?

It is safe to use cosmetics containing zinc and niacinamide while using the Implanon NXT implant.

Since these substances do not affect the effectiveness of the implant, they can be used daily on a large area of the skin and in high concentrations (e.g. 10%).
