Hello, I have been using contraceptive rings for 3 months and the first month now I have pills and there was no withdrawal bleeding. I took the pills regularly only once an hour later. I didn't take any other medication, only fibraxine and mesopral, but with an interval of 10 hours after taking the contraceptive pill. If I take a pregnancy test, will it be reliable? I don't know whether to start another pack of tablets.

If you have used your previous hormonal contraception correctly, its effect should be maintained.
The medication you take at the indicated interval does not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive pills, nor does a one-hour delay in taking the medication.
In some cases, withdrawal bleeding may not occur while using hormonal contraceptives (this side effect is referred to as uncommon), and some women may also have more bleeding than before starting contraception.
Of course, if you have any doubts, it is worth taking a pregnancy test. Most pregnancy tests give reliable results 14 days after intercourse (ultra-sensitive urine and blood tests are able to detect a three-day pregnancy, but the most reliable result is 6-10 days after intercourse). If you decide to have a urine test, it is best to do it from the first urine sample in the morning.
