Can a pharmacist remove the seal from a medical marijuana package before dispensing it?
When I bought marijuana, the pharmacist said he would remove the seal from the package to check that everything was okay. Is this normal? Or did I come across a dishonest pharmacist and took some medicine?

Yes, a pharmacist can, and even should, do so.

According to the Pharmaceutical Law, a product purchased in a pharmacy may be returned in the event of a quality defect, improper dispensing or falsification of the medicinal product.
