Because you have only been using higher than recommended doses of hormones for two days, the risk of possible side effects is low.
However, there is no risk of poisoning or overdose in such a situation. These are still very low doses of hormones. There is no need to worry.
For example, spotting, breast pain or lower abdominal pain may appear. Despite this, protection will still be provided.
Or maybe something can happen to me?

Taking two pills on the same day by mistake does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. Protection is maintained, even if the mistake occurred twice in a row.
Subsequent tablets should be taken at the usual time. There is no need for additional protection in the form of a condom.
If you do not have a spare blister, you can simply start a 7-day bleeding break two days earlier (you will miss the two active tablets in this blister).
The interval can be shortened as desired, but it should not be extended – i.e. the interval between packages cannot last longer than 7 days.
