I've been using Ginoring for a long time, I should take it out next week on Tuesday, but I wouldn't want to get a slap during the 7-day break with my husband. My question is what will be better to go out gynoring after 2 weeks and a 7-day break and during the break period, or to insert a new system after 3 weeks without a 7-day break?

The cycle of Ginoring should not be shortened, as this may interfere with its effect and contraceptive effectiveness.
To delay the onset of withdrawal bleeding, a new vaginal system should be inserted, skipping the one-week break in its use. The new vaginal ring can be used for the next 3 weeks.
