Can you get a fever after taking Dih max tablets?

The summary of product characteristics does not mention the possible risk of fever during treatment with Dih.

The most common side effects are described below:

"Rare cases of dermatological reactions (eczema, rash, pruritus, urticaria, pityriasis rosea) resulting from hypersensitivity to diosmin have been reported. After administration of diosmin (according to the available literature, in less than 2% of cases) gastrointestinal disorders (stomach pain, nausea, indigestion, vomiting, diarrhoea or other gastrointestinal disorders) may occur. There have also been cases of neurovegetative disorders (insomnia, difficulty sleeping, dizziness and headaches, anxiety), which generally did not require discontinuation of diosmin administration and disappeared soon after its discontinuation."

It is worth analyzing other factors that could have affected the increase in temperature (infections, exertion, food poisoning, etc.). If the situation repeats after taking subsequent doses of the drug, the preparation should be discontinued and the problem should be consulted with a doctor.
