No, Soolantra (ivermectin) is intended for topical treatment of inflammation associated with rosacea, not skin cancer.

The drug has anti-inflammatory and antiparasitic effects, helping to reduce redness, papules and pustules, but there are no indications or studies to support the effectiveness of Soolantra in the treatment of skin cancer. In the case of skin cancer, you should consult an oncologist or dermatologist who will choose the appropriate treatment methods. Soolantra is not an anticancer medicine.
