Good morning, for some time now every morning in the range of 6-10 I drink allertec lime plus, which contains perilla. I've read that there is no interaction, but I'm not sure about it. I need an expert opinion on this. I take the pill in the evening between 8-10 p.m. so allertec is definitely already absorbed and excreted, but I want to make sure that I think correctly. Will these 12-14 hours be the right time interval between this calcium and contraception? Would it be worth using condoms?

Perilla or other ingredients of Lime Plus, such as quercetin, calcium and vitamin D, do not affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills.
You can use lime in the morning and contraceptive pills in the evening, although no special interval between these preparations is required.
