Does diarrhoea after tablets (one-time diarrhoea) (I take the pills at 5:00 p.m.; diarrhea at 11:00 p.m.) and further slight abdominal pain the next day affect contraception? Maybe I should take another pill now in the morning and then another one on schedule?

Since the diarrhoea occurred more than 3-4 hours after taking the tablet, the drug had already been absorbed into the bloodstream and worked properly. Protection is still maintained and there is no reason to worry. You do not need to take an extra pill and take any additional tablets as scheduled. Abdominal pain also does not affect the effectiveness of the pills.
