Hello. I use tritace 5mg - 1/2 tablet in the morning, 1 tablet in the evening. I have a recommendation from my doctor to take Corectin 5mg 1/2 tablets in the morning and reduce to 1/2 in the evening tritace. I have high blood pressure for the evening. Shouldn't I still take corectin at night?

The dosage of hypertension medications, such as Corectin (bisoprolol) and Tritace (ramipril), should be strictly in accordance with the recommendations of the doctor, who selects the doses and times of taking the drugs individually for the patient. Your doctor recommended that you reduce the dose of Tritace in the evening and start Corectin in the morning to better control your blood pressure during the day and to reduce possible side effects at night.
Corectin is usually taken once a day in the morning to ensure stable pressure control throughout the day, and changing the dose of Tritace for the evening can help to better control your evening pressure.
It is not recommended to change the time of taking Corectin at night without consulting a doctor, because bisoprolol works best when taken at a fixed time and a sudden change may affect the effectiveness of treatment and the risk of side effects. If your blood pressure remains high in the evening, you should consult your doctor, who can adjust the therapy, but do not increase the dose of Corectin overnight on your own.
