My 3-year-old daughter takes 3ml of the antibiotic Ospen 3 times a day every 8 hours. We are already on the 6th day of admission at 4, 12 and 20. How can I change the hours of administration so that the first dose is at 8 am?

It is safe to shift the administration hours so that the first dose is at 8 a.m. and the next one every 8 hours. This will ensure a constant concentration of the drug in the body and the effectiveness of the therapy.
It is important not to lengthen or shorten the dosing intervals, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment. The existing doses of 4, 12 and 20 can be immediately changed to 8, 16 and 24, remembering to be regular and not to skip doses.
