Can I give Aspicam Bio 7.5 mg after taking Efferalgan 1000 mg?

There is no direct contraindication to the concomitant use of Efferalgan (paracetamol) and Aspicam Bio (meloxicam), however, caution should be exercised.

This combination may increase the risk of kidney problems, especially if you take both medicines by mouth. If you experience pain in the lumbar region, change in urine color, reduced urine or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor.
