Can I take Exacyl when using Ryeqo, in case of bleeding caused by a large fibroid?

I just started ryeqo. Bleeding is triggered. Having a huge fibroid causing significant bleeding can I take exacyl in case of hemorrhage with ryeqo?

If you experience bleeding while using Ryeqo, Exacyl may be considered, but the decision should be made by your doctor after evaluating your clinical situation.
There are no direct contraindications to the simultaneous use of Ryeqo and Exacyl, but any occurrence of very heavy bleeding during Ryeqo therapy should be consulted with a doctor to rule out more serious complications and select the appropriate treatment.
Self-administration of Exacyl without medical consultation is not recommended, especially in the case of large fibroids and severe bleeding, as it may be necessary to change therapy or perform additional diagnostics.
