Xatral (alfuzosin) is a smooth muscle relaxant, which can cause side effects such as nasal congestion.
Prostamol Uno is a plant preparation used for benign prostatic hyperplasia, which relieves symptoms such as a weak urine stream and frequent urination. Prostamol Uno should be used regularly, usually one capsule a day after a meal, and improvement can be noticed after about 4-6 weeks of use. This medicine is well tolerated and can be used for a long time, but the decision to change treatment or combine medicines should be made by a doctor after assessing your health.
