I have lavericetam I go back to the dose of 500mg.the additive lamileptm200mg.ktore.ma concentration of 2.8.that's why I turned on lavericetam 500accord. I'm taking it from today when is it fully effective after a few weeks?? I can't fall asleep too when I go to sleep reflex with my hand why is it so concentration after taking lamotrigine and lavericetam is 12.3. When the effects of my illness will pass and I will feel better ??

The improvement of well-being and the disappearance of symptoms of the disease are individual and may take time – usually several weeks of regular medication and blood level control.
Levetiracetam starts working quickly, reaching peak blood levels in about 1–1.5 hours, and steady state (full effect) occurs after about 2 days of regular use. However, full improvement in symptoms may be visible after a few weeks, depending on the individual body's response.
Lamilept may cause side effects such as difficulty sleeping, trembling hands, and a feeling of agitation, especially at the beginning of treatment or when changing the dose. These symptoms usually disappear after a few weeks as the body gets used to the drug.
Hand reflexes and sleep problems can result from an underlying disease (e.g. epilepsy) or be side effects of medications. The concentration of drugs (12,3) indicates that they are in the body, but the side effects may disappear over time as the body gets used to it. If your symptoms bother or worsen, consult your neurologist to evaluate the doses and possibly change your treatment. Improving your well-being may require patience and close cooperation with your doctor.
