The drug Myditin (pridynol) is mainly used to reduce muscle tension and is not known to cause kidney pain.
Its side effects most often include dry mouth, tachycardia, nausea, abdominal pain, visual disturbances or changes in heart rhythm, but kidney pain is not a typical or described side effect of this drug.
If you experience pain in the kidney area while using Myditin, it is worth consulting your doctor as it may indicate another cause. Symptoms of pain in the lumbar region may result from other causes, such as kidney stones or urinary tract infection. If the pain is severe or accompanied by other symptoms (fever, problems with urination), you should consult a doctor.
