I am 5 days after finishing the pneumatous treatment. The whole treatment was rather without side effects, but since yesterday I have been bothered by a feeling of a lump in my throat and "riding" in the intestines. Symptoms similar to those I had before the treatment, but not as strong. What can be done about it?

Pylera can cause gastrointestinal discomfort that may persist after the end of treatment. It is worth supplementing probiotics that will rebuild the strained intestinal flora, e.g. Alflorex, Dicoflor. The feeling of a foreign body in the throat may be due to irritation of the mucosa by Pylera (and/or a tendency to reflux). Preparations with a soothing effect and coating the mucous membrane of the esophagus and throat can be used, e.g. Gastrotuss, Reflu-G. If the symptoms worsen, you should discuss with your doctor the use of drugs that reduce acid secretion in the stomach (proton pump inhibitors). It is worth performing a breath test 6-8 weeks after the end of treatment to assess the effectiveness of the treatment.
