I took a contraceptive pill, after 3 hours I vomited. I didn't take an extra pill. Will the protection against pregnancy return after 7 days of use?

If vomiting occurred 3 hours after taking Vibin Mini in the second week of the blister, will the protection come back even though I did not take an additional tablet after 7 days of using the additional protection?

Yes. If you vomit 3 hours after taking the contraceptive pill, there is a risk of reduced protection against pregnancy. In this type of situation, in order to maintain protection, the manufacturer recommends taking a new tablet immediately. If you have not taken an extra tablet, this should be considered as a missed pill. Contraceptive protection should return after 7 days of proper use of the drug. During this time, an additional, non-hormonal method of contraception (e.g. a condom) should be used during intercourse.
