A vitamin D3 level of 89.40 ng/mL is higher than the optimal range, which is typically 30–50 ng/mL, but does not reach the toxicity threshold, which starts above 100 ng/mL. Such levels may still be safe, but it is worth monitoring it regularly, because a long-term excess of vitamin D can lead to hypercalcemia, i.e. increased blood calcium levels, which can cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, muscle weakness, abdominal pain, and in extreme cases, heart and kidney disorders.

I encourage you to consult your doctor to evaluate supplementation and possible dose adjustment to avoid the risk of overdose. Regular checkups of calcium levels and kidney function can be helpful in preventing side effects.
