It is not recommended to use Moilec (meloxicam) at the same time as other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as Dexak SL or Ketonal because it increases the risk of side effects, especially gastrointestinal side effects such as ulcers or bleeding.

The use of several NSAIDs at the same time does not improve analgesic efficacy and can lead to serious complications. If the pain is severe and requires additional treatment, it is best to consult with a doctor, who may recommend safer options, such as acetaminophen or opioids, depending on your clinical situation. If necessary,
NSAIDs, always use caution and monitor for side effects.
