I started a week ago the fibroid treatment with the Ryeqo product at the time of my period but my period is over and now I continue to have pain in my lower abdomen more and more and the feeling as if my uterus is going to explode is this normal?

Among the side effects of Ryeqo, severe pain in the lower abdomen has not been reported so far. The symptoms you describe may or may not be related to the use of the preparation.
The observed symptom should be reported to a doctor, who will determine its cause and try to alleviate it.
