How to take Multilac during Pylera treatment?

When do you need to use a probiotic (Multilac Synbiotic) while eating or after 2 hours after an antibiotic? I don't understand anything...

Multilac should be taken at an interval from the antibiotic (e.g. 2 hours after taking the antibiotic), preferably in the evening before bedtime. According to the probiotic manufacturer's recommendations, Multilac is used once a day.
