There are other products available on the market that can be taken as an adjunct in the problem of urinary incontinence (it is worth seeking medical advice beforehand), e.g. Feminost, Jasnum Uro. Like any oral preparation, Uroplus can cause stomach discomfort, so it should be taken with food.
