Good morning. My gynaecologist prescribed me macmiror complex in the form of an ointment. Is it normal that in the morning after a good night's sleep the color of the urine is orange and that there is some ointment on the paper and most of it on the sanitary pad?

The active substances in Macmiror Complex ointment are yellow-brown in colour, hence the change in the colour of the urine (the remains of the drug present within the mucous membranes adjacent to the urethra get into the urine). When using vaginal medications, patients observe the remains of the preparation present on the underwear/sanitary pad. This is normal and you should not worry about it.
