Both Cataflam (diclofenac) and Etoricoxib belong to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and work by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Using them simultaneously or in quick succession may increase the risk of side effects, especially gastrointestinal side effects such as ulcers and bleeding. Therefore, it is not recommended to combine these drugs or take them without proper interruption and consultation with a doctor.

If Etoricoxib has been used before, caution should be exercised and, if necessary, consult a physician before starting to take Cataflam to evaluate the risks and benefits of therapy and possibly use gastrointestinal protection.
