Good morning. My 13-year-old daughter is on the autism spectrum and takes 50 mg of Asertin once a day. But I crush her tablet and add Nutramigen 1 to the hydrolysate. The temperature of the water is warm, not hot. She also takes this hydrolysate as a support for diet, nutrition, due to its nutritional function, because she is allergic to cow's milk protein. I have a question, can I take Zyrtec and the antibiotic Azitrolek (in suspension) with Asertin? Best regards.

Yes, Zyrtec (ceterizine) and Azitrolek (azithromycin) can be used together with Azertin (sertraline), especially if the medication is used as directed by your doctor. However, please keep the time interval. There are no direct contraindications to combining these drugs, but they may exacerbate side effects, e.g. drowsiness or gastrointestinal disorders.
Also, do not add Zyrtec (ceterizine) or Azitrolek (azithromycin) to the Nutramigen milk replacer. Some medications, especially antibiotics, have a bitter taste that can discourage your baby from drinking milk. And if the child does not drink the entire portion of milk, which means that he will not take the full dose of the drug.
