What can be the cause of increased nausea, headache, fatigue and depressed mood after 4 weeks of using Dulsevia 60 mg?

She has been taking delusive 60 mg for 4 weeks. Is it possible that side effects such as nausea, headache, fatigue and low mood have occurred after this time? Where at the beginning of taking the drug the side effects were not so severe... Is such a condition a reason to change the medication?

Did you mean Dulsevia 60 mg? The drug register does not include a preparation called Delusive.

It is possible that side effects such as nausea, headache, fatigue and depressed mood appeared or worsened after a few weeks of using Dulsevia. This may be due to, m.in, among other things:

- individual reaction of the body - it happens that after some time the body reacts differently to the drug, e.g. due to metabolic changes, interactions with other drugs or hormonal factors or stress,

- too low dose of the drug - some symptoms (e.g. depressed mood, fatigue) may also result from insufficient effect of the drug. In some patients, 60 mg may not be sufficient, and depressive or anxiety symptoms may recur.

In such a situation, it is worth consulting your attending physician, as you may need to change the dose or medication.
