Hello, can the following drugs be used at the same time?
Escitalopram 5mg, Pramolan 50mg and Pregabalin 75mg
I am currently supposed to take all of these drugs before bedtime. Is it safe? I suffer from anxiety disorders and depersonalizations.
Thank you for your answers.

These drugs may interact and increase their effects or increase the risk of side effects.
Escitalopram may increase the plasma concentration of Pramolan, which in turn may increase the risk of side effects on the one hand, and on the other hand be a deliberate combination that benefits the patient (stronger effects of the drugs at lower doses). If prescribed by the same doctor, the dosage instructions should be followed. Otherwise, discuss with your doctor the possibility of taking these medicines at the same time.
Concomitant intake of Pregabalin and Pramolan may increase drowsiness and impaired concentration. As in the case described above, this may be a deliberate medical recommendation.
If you observe unusual symptoms such as an increase in body temperature, confusion, blood pressure spikes, you should see a doctor immediately.
