There is no way for the pill to fall out of your mouth unnoticed.
The feeling of itching in the throat could be caused, for example, by the use of cold water, which irritated the throat, or by the throat irritation of the tablet when swallowing it – hence the feeling of itching, grunting, outlining of the surface of the throat.
In my opinion, there is no reason to worry. Contraceptive efficacy was maintained.
Because there would have to be some nutritional content, the pill itself will not fall out after such a time, because it is probably already dissolving ? Please explain, I'm terribly worried

It is not possible for 20 minutes after taking the tablet and after drinking water that the drug without any remaining food content would regurgitate from the stomach into the esophagus and mouth, and then "fall out".
If you have not vomited, you have nothing to worry about - the pill has not left the gastrointestinal tract and its contraceptive effectiveness is maintained.
