I'm glad that Gabapentin provides relief from back pain. If you still can't get back to work despite improvement, it's a good idea to consult your doctor or rehabilitation specialist again to assess your functional status and possibly adjust your treatment or suggest additional therapy methods such as physiotherapy or exercise. Do not stop taking the drug yourself without consultation, as abrupt discontinuation may exacerbate symptoms.
