Are symptoms such as diarrhoea, bad breath, blood in the stool, and abdominal pain and burning after a month and a half of using Pylera cause for concern?

Good morning! A month and a half after starting to take the drug, the digestive system deteriorated: I had diarrhoea for three days, from the beginning of the treatment I was accompanied by bad breath, there was some blood in my stool, my stomach hurts and burns.

Yes, the symptoms you describe may indicate serious gastrointestinal problems, especially blood in the stool and abdominal pain and burning. Bad breath and diarrhea can be side effects of the drug, but the presence of blood requires urgent medical consultation.

I encourage you to contact your attending physician immediately, who will assess the situation and decide on further action, as additional diagnostic tests may be necessary. In the meantime, it is worth avoiding medications that irritate the digestive tract and taking care of proper hydration.
