If I was a methadone patient for 14 years and recently my dose was 55mg (1mg)1000mg, do I have to switch to bunadol because I was thrown out of the 55mg dose right away, and the lethal one was 40mg for a normal person who didn't drink this crap, it was in accordance with the procedures because I think not. Besides, can my family doctor prescribe me methadone. My 2nd question is how much bunadolu should I take per day

Abrupt discontinuation of Methadone at such a high dose of 55 mg, without gradual reduction, is not in line with current standards of addiction treatment and is associated with a high risk of withdrawal symptoms and even life-threatening.
Switching to buprenorphine (e.g. Bunadol) requires an adequate time interval from the last dose of methadone and the supervision of a doctor, preferably a specialist in addiction treatment.
A family doctor is not authorized to prescribe methadone – it is a strictly controlled drug, available only in specialized addiction treatment centers. The starting dose of Bunadol should be individual, often starting at 2-4 mg per day, but the decision is always made by a doctor after assessing the patient's condition.
