Yes, Sildenafil can be used during Epclusa therapy as there are no clinically significant interactions between the two drugs.

Epclusa (sofosbuvir + velepatasvir) does not significantly affect the metabolism of Sildenafil, nor does Sildenafil affect the effect of Epclusa. However, due to possible changes in liver function during treatment with Epclusa, caution and monitoring of the patient's condition is advised, especially if other diseases are present or additional medications affecting the cardiovascular system are used. If in doubt, it is worth consulting a doctor before starting Sildenafil therapy.
